Filmed over the course of a full year, One Shot: The Football Factory is an observational series following young men in South London’s football academies as they pursue a future in professional football. Through the players’ experiences, the series also explores wider themes shaping their lives — including mental health, youth violence and family dynamics. Alongside the players, we are taken into the worlds of the coaches, scouts, agents and families who support and influence their journeys.
